Together over several months we will:

We offer 6-month and 12-month programs.
GETTING STARTED
The first step is to schedule a 30-minute consultation to see if coaching is right for you. During that call, we'll talk about what's getting in the way of achieving your goals and see if coaching could help. We'll also answer any questions you have about the process.
High performing teams execute many things well and intuitively adjust to each other in the midst of complexity and change. But to do that they must master the fundamentals, which many teams skip in the name of just getting to the work - or they flounder by following the management fad du jour. If you neglect the foundational elements on a team, you'll have deep, chronic problems that get worse over time. Effective teams need a solid foundation built on clarity and a common understanding of:

We work with teams at all stages of the life-cycle. We do not provide "sit-and-get" lecture trainings. Our approach is highly interactive and based on adult learning best practices.

The length of engagement will depend on your team's specific situation, but many of our team engagements feature an initial assessment plus four half-day workshops.
We do not believe in "sit-and-get," multi-day, lecture-style training. It just doesn't work. It might be entertaining and you might learn some new things, but it rarely results in lasting change. In fact, usually the only thing changing is that your bookshelf gets cluttered with a new binder you will never look at again.
Instead, we draw on cutting-edge research in the behavioral sciences to provide highly-interactive, experiential, and "sticky" trainings. We conduct a quick needs assessment to target the solution to your organization and then deliver a series of phased workshops that allow participants to practice and build skills over time. This approach results in significantly greater individual, team, and organization performance improvements that stick.
