Adam chalker, CEO

Adam Chalker is an executive coach and an organizational development consultant with a passion for helping mission-driven leaders multiply their positive impact. His vocation is helping people grow and develop. Adam takes great pride in working closely with others to unleash potential and create lives of meaningful achievement, satisfaction, and positive contribution to the world.

In addition to his work with GreenLead, Adam serves as Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, the leading executive coach training program in the US. He’s delivered thousands of hours of executive coaching, team workshops, and leadership development trainings for private sector and government clients.

Before launching GreenLead in 2017, Adam served as VP of Customer Success at PlotWatt Inc and led the Organization Performance Solutions practice for Suntiva LLC, a boutique management consulting firm in D.C.

Adam holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, an M.Ed in Human Resource Development from George Washington University, a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and a B.A in Political Science from Davidson College. He was also a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar at l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Strasbourg, France.

 

Jon Britton, COO

Jonathan Britton is a Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel, decorated Blackhawk helicopter pilot and paratrooper, and global operations strategist who has led in combat, from the cockpit, and in some of the world’s most dangerous and complex environments. Over a 24-year military career, he built a reputation for decisive leadership, resilience under pressure, and an ability to inspire teams to excel in the most challenging conditions.

At GreenLead, Jon specializes in working with teams and rising leaders to help them grow and develop to overcome their toughest challenges and achieve breakthrough results. As COO he leads all operational aspects of GreenLeads services.

He holds an Executive MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, an MA with honors from Webster University, and a BA from The Citadel. He is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international honor society for business. A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he combines process discipline with human-centered leadership to help individuals and organizations achieve meaningful results.

Dr. anthony Burgess

Tony is a leader developer, community builder, and teacher. His mission as a leader is to galvanize meaningful action in uncharted territory. Tony does this by putting a stake in the ground, loving and serving others, and ritualizing disciplined execution. His work is centered around designing and facilitating courses, workshops, and programs to improve leader and organizational effectiveness.

Tony graduated from West Point in 1990 and served as an Army officer for 24 years. He earned a Doctorate of Science in Engineering Management at the George Washington University and is the co-author of two books: Taking the Guidon: Exceptional Leadership at the Company Level (2001) and Company Command: Unleashing the Power of the Army Profession (2005).

He has been part of a number of cutting-edge leadership development programs. For example, as the co-founder and director of a leadership center at West Point, teaching leadership to special operations leaders, coaching Harvard MBA students in the Authentic Leadership Development elective at the Harvard Business School, and creating Leadership Foundations, a program that connects, equips, and inspires leaders in New York's Hudson Valley.

 

Dr. ali navidi

Ali Navidi utilizes his extensive psychological and coaching experience to connect with clients on a deeper level to understand their challenges. He works with individuals and teams at various levels to help them face common leadership issues and to enhance their interpersonal effectiveness, employee performance management, and their ability to manage conflict.  Dr. Navidi provides consulting services to a variety of public, non-profit, and private sector clients. This includes executive coaching for federal agencies, technology firms, and start-ups.

Most recently, Dr. Navidi has developed and trained people on the Habit Mindset system, which teaches people how to get better at the skill of habit formation. Furthermore, he has developed the Four Rules of Mental Resilience which gives people the mindset and skills to thrive during times of change.

ARIELA ROSENSTEIN

Ariela is a leadership coach and training expert - with global executive experience - and over 20 years in delivering learning and leadership programming. She helps individuals and organizations to address complex and pressing challenges in management, development, education, and conservation.

Ariela uses an integrated coaching approach that empowers leaders to propel their purpose, achieve greater impact, and sustain a more balanced life.  Her methods include connecting to values, strengthening mindsets, and removing barriers to success. Core to Ariela’s coaching philosophy are the values of authenticity, human dignity, and belonging. She is also a certified teacher of mindfulness and meditation and draws upon these practices with clients who are seeking to improve their self-awareness and clarity on decision-making.
